Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize paid advertising (PPC, social ads, display ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Align campaigns with sales and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and SEO-friendly content for web, blog, email, and social media.
  • Plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing content.
  • Optimize content for search engines and audience engagement.
  • Manage daily activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Grow brand followers, engagement, and reach through organic and paid efforts.
  • Monitor trends and community sentiment to inform content and engagement strategy.
  • Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits.
  • Work with developers/designers to improve site performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on search engine rankings and traffic improvements.
  • Build and manage segmented email lists.
  • Design and execute automated and manual email campaigns.
  • Analyze email performance and implement improvements
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Generate monthly reports showing KPIs, ROI, and actionable insights.
  • Use A/B testing and conversion tracking to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on insights and trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Ikota, Lekki, Lagos with flexible remote working arrangements.
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
