Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, blogs)
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance
- Generate leads through email marketing and online campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Manage online brand reputation and customer engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to achieve marketing goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
