Digital Marketer & Web Developer

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Track and report campaign performance.
• Run and optimize Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization, and blog uploads).
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Create promotional visuals for marketing campaigns and product showcases.

AI Video Generation & Multimedia:

• Use AI tools (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, or Canva AI Video) to create marketing and product videos.
• Edit and enhance videos for online campaigns.
• Generate AI-driven voiceovers and captions where needed.

Website & Application Development:

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites and internal systems using PHP, JavaScript, React, Laravel, Python, and all other relevant technologies as needed.
• Integrate APIs, automation systems, and data capture tools for marketing.
• Handle maintenance, performance optimization, and security updates.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Utilize project dashboards and reporting tools (Google Drive, Notion, Trello, etc.).
• Deliver all marketing, design, and development tasks on schedule.
• Maintain detailed records of content calendars, ad budgets, and analytics
• Occasionally physical Market Survey

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience 
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, React, Laravel, Python, and all other applicable coding technologies.
• Solid knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Experience in social media marketing, ad management, and Google Analytics.
• Skilled in WordPress, cPanel, and web hosting management.
• Experience with AI content creation tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in designing flyers, infographics, and marketing materials using CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva Pro.
• Excellent creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
