Digital Marketer
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, manage, and optimize our advertising accounts while supporting social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media, audience targeting, and conversion strategies, particularly within or relevant to the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, set up, and manage digital advertising accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) from scratch
- Plan, execute, and monitor high-performing ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign performance
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, budget adjustments, and creative improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page strategies
- Manage and grow social media platforms (approx. 30% of role), including content planning, posting, and engagement
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads
- Proven track record of running successful conversion-driven campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and performance marketing
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content strategy
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Residents at Mowe, Lotto/Pakuro, Orimerunmu, Oremeji, Aseese, Ibafo, Magboro, Arepo, Warewa (Wawa), Opic/Kara, and Ojodu Berger are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry or the real estate sector
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
