Responsibilities:
- Run ads & campaigns that drive serious property leads
- Manage social media: content calendar, posts, DMs, engagement
- Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Apply buyer psychology, investment & marketing strategies
- Conduct email marketing campaigns
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Improve SEO and online visibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert digital leads
Requirements:
- 2-3 years digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Proven lead generation & paid ad experience
- Strong social media & content skills
- Analytical, creative, and results-focused
