Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Making outbound phone calls and receiving inbound calls
- Engaging with potential or existing customers promoting the company's sports Betting Platform, and successfully converting them into loyal customers
- Resolving their issues and problems, making them feel important, and achieving given daily or weekly targets.
Requirements:
- Smart, Energetic, Fluent in English Conversation and at least one more native main language like Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo
- Analytical mind to understand customer grievances and resolve it.
- A team person in achieving a given target under the guidance of the supervisor The candidate must have Call Center Executive experience preferably in a Sports Betting company or the Telecom Industry
- Be ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Be computer savvy and have worked with figures and data preferably Excel to evaluate, analyze given data, and make records of their performance for better analysis.
- Be ambitious to grow in the company based on your own performance
