Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively promoting products and suggesting personalized solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products while sharing The Body Shop’s ethical values.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products (skincare, haircare, body care, makeup, and fragrances) and confidently explain benefits, ingredients, and ethical sourcing.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is tidy, well-stocked, and displays are attractive to enhance the shopping experience.
- Promotions & Events: Actively participate in in-store promotions, demos, and events to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Feedback & Reporting: Share customer insights, sales trends, and stock needs with the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, high-energy store environment.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year in retail sales (beauty/fashion/FMCG preferred).
- Friendly, confident, and passionate about ethical beauty.
- Fluent in English (other local languages a plus).
- Proven ability to persuade and close sales.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Proximity to Ikeja City Mall is a plus
