Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Experience professional, this role is very important to meeting our business goals and objectives, as well as ensuring the customers have a positive experience with your company. Customer service representatives listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions, and provide information about the company’s products and services. The customer service representatives may also take orders and set up new customer accounts. The job holder will be required to continuously update our CRM database. You'll play a vital role in supporting our dynamic organization specializing in Security. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow while contributing to our vibrant workplace.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
- Conduct periodic surveys on customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervision of staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle employee inquiries and support HR operations.
- Maintain HR records
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS a plus.

Technical Exposure (Essential):
- Microsoft Office Productivity Tools and CRM Trouble Ticketing Tool, CRM Solutions, SalesForce Solutions
Process Exposure (Required):
- Event Management, Sales Processes, Customer Care Processes
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 200,000
