Our client is looking to hire a personal creative assistant as a support staff to all aspects of personal and professional life. The ideal candidate is proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact as you deal with emails by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for my attention.
  • Manage calendar and organize meetings and appointments where necessary.
  • Organize events, courses/workshops.
  • Prompt/remind her of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Compile and prepare reports where necessary.
  • Implement and maintain existing procedures and admin.
  • Run errands as requested, assist with shopping, travel booking & reservations.
  • Assist in liaising with vendors where necessary
  • Respond to messages, DMs on social media platform
  • Communicate and manage information and deadlines with other affiliate employees and contracted staff
  • Conserve my time by reading researching on Market trends & insights, BizDev methods, and creative ideas.
  • Creating blog posts for my website and writing short posts for linkedin based on research
  • Scripting voice overs and creative videos
  • Schedule management, community engagement, the go-to person for all things administrative, operations flow and good energy
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research.
  • Reminders and forget-me- not, correspondence management, and other types of communication on my behalf.
  • Ensuring personal and corporate life run smoothly including reservations and errands
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support her, which will vary according to the role she is executing.


Other Roles

  • Continuous Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging platforms and Research various topics as assigned
  • Digital Community Management across platforms
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Information gathering and management
  • Proficient in Canva and Project Management software (Clickup, Notion)
  • Proofreading
  • Be on lookout for Compelling Content
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of digital initiatives, translating data into actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Continuous Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging platforms, SEO best practices, and customer preferences to inform content creation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of a BSc. Degree in any discipline
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to skillfully juggle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • You love lifestyle, food and the creative industry in general, incredibly organized, and always on the move.
  • You are not currently attending school or doing NYSC, you live in Lagos, on the Island or close to the Island, and your superb fluency in English.
  • Eager to learn new things and tackle new projects and ideas.


Location: Lekki Phase 1


Working Schedule:
(Hybrid)

Remuneration: NGN
80,000 - 120,000
