Job Description

1. Generating client specific cleaning checklists and ensuring cleaners  adhere to its usage

2. Maintaining and Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures for different cleaning operations

3. Researching and implementing cleaning procedures, agents and equipment

4. The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty.                                       

5. Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.                                                                                                                                       

6. Reviewing work schedules
