Civil Engineer

Job Summary

Perform Civil Engineering duties in planning, and overseeing construction and Civil repairs of the Plant and colony, building structures, facilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Draw out an action plan for the execution of the job with quality and in a safe manner Costing of the civil work and putting up the approval prior to the job being taken up. Supervise the job and ensure quality of the job and timeliness of execution Ensure safe Work Practices are followed during the execution of the job. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001/14001/18001 systems All jobs to be carried out through the SAP PM Module Performance Appraisal of the subordinates and training needs for their development. Will carry out any jobs that may come up or as per the needs of the management

Requirements

Education and Work Experience

Bachelorâs degree or its equivalent in Civil Engineering. Postgraduate/relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage. Minimum of three years (3) years relevant work experience.

Skills and Competences

Good knowledge of Civil Engineering Good leadership and supervisory skills Good knowledge of Civil Engineering practices. Good problem solving and analytical skills Good relationship management and communication skills
