Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and young children throughout the school day.
- Assist children with feeding, toileting, dressing, and other daily care routines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic classroom and childcare environment.
- Support teachers in implementing age-appropriate learning and play activities.
- Monitor children's well-being and promptly report any health or behavioural concerns.
- Ensure children's safety at all times while encouraging positive social interaction.
- Maintain effective communication with teachers and other members of staff.
- Perform other childcare-related duties as assigned by the centre.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an NCE
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess basic knowledge of child development, hygiene, and nutrition
- Patient, Kind and compassionate personality
- Maintain a safe clean and child-friendly environment.
