Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement public health education and awareness programs.
- Conduct community health outreach, screening, and sensitization activities.
- Educate individuals and communities on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.
- Collect, document, and analyze basic public health data.
- Assist with disease surveillance and reporting activities.
- Identify community health needs and contribute to appropriate interventions.
- Support programs addressing communicable and non-communicable diseases.
