Nurse

• Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, treatments, and other prescribed interventions safely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, health management, and preventive care.
• Ensure proper hygiene, infection prevention, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Prepare patients for medical procedures and provide appropriate post-treatment care.
• Observe and report any significant changes in patients’ conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Ensure nursing equipment and supplies are properly maintained, available, and used safely.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their caregivers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with relevant healthcare policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
  
• A minimum of an HND  in a related field
