Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or a similar role.
- Professional certifications: PMP, COREN, CORBON (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction regulations, contracts, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
