Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot process issues, and recommend technical solutions.
- Implement safety protocols for chemical handling and factory operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production methods and product quality.
- Conduct tests and analyze data to improve operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing production documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of production and testing equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 0-2 years of experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Knowledge of factory safety protocols and chemical handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ibadan.
