Responsibilities:
- Manage servicing, maintenance, and repairs of cassette air conditioning units
- Diagnose and resolve complex system faults
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC maintenance activities on large or commercial projects
- Ensure proper installation standards and system balancing
- Handle advanced refrigerant and airflow management tasks
- Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Liaise with supervisors, clients, or facility managers when required
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, especially cassette units
- Leadership and supervisory ability
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Vocational certificate minimum
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards
Location: Lagos Mainland
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
