Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, providing clear direction and performance feedback
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure team productivity and effectiveness
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and resource optimization
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Set and track key performance indicators related to sales and revenue targets
- Prepare and manage operational budgets
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business manager
- BSc. Degree in Business Administration or similar course of study
