Job summary

The Growth and Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in driving business growth through targeted digital marketing, sales support, and client engagement. This role involves executing integrated campaigns, managing client relationships, generating leads, and representing the company’s brand across various online and offline channels.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and preparing marketing collateral.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence across social media and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report key metrics to guide marketing decisions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, growth role, or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques is required.
  • High level of self-motivation and target orientation
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Demonstrable ability in social media marketing (paid and unpaid), email marketing, and SMS marketing.
  • Excellent use of Canva, CapCut, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Professional appearance and conduct in all client-facing interactions.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
