- Following up on enquiries promptly, managing the sales pipeline effectively, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Collaboration with the operations team is essential to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction, while consistently working toward meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and sales conversion, with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence, professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency is required for tracking leads and managing sales records.
