Job summary
Our Client, a boutique advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory, market entry, and policy advisory services across Africa, is seeking an experienced Associate, Finance & Administration to join its team. This role offers a clear growth path, working directly with the Management Team to build capability across finance, treasury, operations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital
- Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and liquidity planning
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements
- Maintain constructive relationships with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities
- Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance and governance initiatives
- Support oversight of admin functions — vendors, contracts, procurement, and office operations
- Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives
- Support the Management Team on strategic finance matters, reports, and board materials
Requirements:
- ICAN/ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in finance, treasury, or operations
- Strong treasury and liquidity management background
- Proven experience managing relationships with regulators
- Proven experience in financial services or a SEC-regulated entity
- Demonstrated readiness to grow into a senior leadership role
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000 Monthly
