Architect (Specializing in Interior Finishes)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine interior finish concepts, including material selection, color palettes, and texture combinations, based on client needs and project requirements.
• Conduct thorough research on available interior finish materials, staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovations.
• Prepare detailed specifications for interior finishes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and project standards.
• Create detailed construction drawings and schedules for interior finish installations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, presenting design concepts and material samples.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper installation of interior finishes, addressing any on-site issues.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of interior finish installations and ensure quality control.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing design concepts and material selections. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 6 years of experience as an architect specializing in interior finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of interior finish materials, including but not limited to: flooring, wall coverings, ceiling treatments, and architectural millwork.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and spatial relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of interior finish projects.
