Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop unique and creative designs for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and public spaces.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project.
• Collaborate with project managers and other architects to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are feasible within budget and timeline constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for projects.
• Use 3D modeling software to create virtual representations of designs.
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Review and approve designs created by other architects and designers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, MSc in Architecture is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a creative architect, with a portfolio of innovative designs.
  
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
