Alternative Fuel Resource Officers

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of company truck drivers, loading, dispatches and deliveries. Ensure availability and effective utilization of company assets through truck tracking, monitoring and control. Coordinate timely, accurate and safe delivery of Alternative Fuel from the site to the plant. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures. To ensure all accidents and related issues are reported on time. Map and develop reliable data for individual AFR site. Confirm material availability and road accessibility. Connect material availability to truck request. Monitoring of activities at the respective dumpsites and prompt on the ground activity report. Push with suppliers for quick loading of available trucks. Supervise loading at the sites for improved tonnage of trucks. Resolve driver issues at the loading sites.

Requirements

or HND in business, logistics or any other related field. Minimum of 2 years work experience in Transport & Logistics Management

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of the terrain for availability of Alternative fuel. Ability to work on the field to identify areas of Alternative Fuels. Basic knowledge of system based inventory management systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changing environment. Basic knowledge of relevant supporting tools and technologies such as MS Excel, MS Word and Project Management applications, etc.
