Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure functionality.
- Communicate with customers and the technical team to address after-sales technical issues.
- Assist the technical team in improving product design to reduce the failure rate.
- Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology
- Minimum 1-2 years practical experience as an aftersales Engineer or after-sales officer in a solar company
- Must live in proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to do on-site/field work
- Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installations
- Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
- Proficient in using a soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
- Excellent time management, Communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Skilled in soldering techniques.
- Familiar with electric circuit faults.
