Job Summary

Our client, a real estate firm around Ajah is hiring an experienced administrative executive to fill in a vacant position immediately. The ideal candidates must be residents of Lekki-Ajah axis.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Client Interaction: Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls and provide friendly assistance to clients.
  • Greeting Clients: Welcome visitors and address their inquiries.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to clients as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organizing Files: Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare real estate forms, documents, and communications.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Ordering Supplies: Ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Mailing Newsletters: Assist with distributing newsletters.
  • Distributing Reports: Share relevant reports with team members.
  • Making Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for real estate professionals.
  • Property Listing and Sales Support:
  • Listing Materials: Assist in preparing property listing materials.
  • Posting Property Listings: Help post property listings online.
  • Showings and Open Houses: Coordinate showings and assist during open houses.
  • Feedback Collection: Obtain feedback from clients after property viewings.
  • General Office Support: Maintain Office Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Requirements:

  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Numeracy: Strong numeracy skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Location:
 Ideal candidates should reside in the Lekki-Ajah axis.
