Job Summary

We are a compact Education and Tourism firm located in the heart of Ibadan. We require for immediate employment, a young, nimble, and dynamic Admin Manager with a background in Accounting to lead our growing team of staff.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Daily imputation of financial entries into the accounting software
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Reconciliation of Ledgers, and Resolving of the Differences.
  • Banking transactions.
  • Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payables.
  • Administration duties.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Proper daily filing system in the accounting department.


Requirements:

  • Must possess five years’ experience.
  • Must be a qualified member of ICAN
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to prepare budgets and interpret figures is essential
  • Must have an eye for details
  • Must be mature and ready to assume the responsibilities for the smooth running of the office
  • Administrative skills to manage a team of twelve
  • Possess above-average oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Education and Tourism will be an added advantage.
