Accounts Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Officer with basic Human Resources knowledge to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with accounting processes, payroll administration, staff records management, recruitment coordination, and general office administration.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and petty cash management
- Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations
- Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and tax filing systems.
- Maintain payroll preparation & employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation and training.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
