Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and diligent Accountant to join our finance team in Lekki / Ajah. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage accounting tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Description/Requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (journals, ledgers, trial balance)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and audit requirements
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and manage petty cash, general ledger accounts, and accruals
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ICAN, ACCA, ACA) is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and regulatory requirements in Nigeria
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
