We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our office operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

This individual will be responsible for revenue growth by selling frames, lenses and accessories at the gallery in line with SEC pricing policy; providing product information to customers and assisting customers to make a choice on frames and lenses in line with the Doctor’s prescription.

The ideal candidate will be involved in ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises, enforcing safety and security protocols, inspecting vehicles for compliance with company policies, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness around the gate area, and assisting with emergency procedures if necessary.

Are you accountable? An HND holder in office administration, secretarial studies, business administration, or related disciplines? Are you open to experience, conscientious, can take instructions and exercise initiatives? Then we are looking to work with you for this position. Previous experience in a law firm is an advantage.
