The Waitron will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly. The Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dining room, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Monitor tables and assist in resetting them for the next guest.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
