We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to support the Managing Director with running LinkedIn account to build following and generate leads. The candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience of doing this. To provide efficient and proactive support in generating leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and managing the email inbox to ensure smooth and effective communication with clients and partners.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead Generation:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential leads for the business.
- Craft and send personalized connection requests and messages to potential leads.
- Maintain and update a database of contacts and leads generated.
- Analyze response rates and optimize outreach strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and manage [Specify email, e.g., "email@example.com"] inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner.
- Categorize and prioritize emails, escalating urgent matters when necessary.
- Draft, edit, and send emails on behalf of the executive or company.
- Organize and maintain an effective filing system for all correspondence.
- Provide weekly reports on leads generated, connection rates, and conversion rates from LinkedIn outreach.
- Summarize email communications, highlighting key interactions and important information.
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email management tools.
- Attend relevant webinars, courses, or workshops to enhance skillset.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any related field
- 4 years of working experience
- Good communication skills.
