Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lists or through independent lead generation efforts.
- Clearly and concisely present Property Planet's various real estate products, services, and the benefits of using our technology platform.
- Accurately log and update customer information, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system (or designated database).
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients who have shown interest but require further nurturing.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
- Gather and relay valuable market feedback, customer concerns, and competitive intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
- Adhere to company policies, call scripts (where applicable), and ethical sales practices.
- Continuously learn about new property listings, market trends, and product updates to effectively answer client queries.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- SSCE Certificate
