Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote loan products.
- Effectively persuades potential clients to apply for loans by highlighting benefits and addressing concerns.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, including assisting with downloading and completing the application.
- Achieve daily targets and contribute to team goals by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards when promoting loan products and handling client information.
- Work closely with team members and management to share insights, improve sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or loan-related roles, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting clients through the loan application process.
- Ability to handle objections, adapt to client needs, and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume call environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, finance, or related fields are a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team goals and share best practices.
