Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, persuasively promoting and selling loan products. Your responsibilities will include convincing clients to apply for loans and guiding them through the application process.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote loan products.
  • Effectively persuades potential clients to apply for loans by highlighting benefits and addressing concerns.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, including assisting with downloading and completing the application.
  • Achieve daily targets and contribute to team goals by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards when promoting loan products and handling client information.
  • Work closely with team members and management to share insights, improve sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or loan-related roles, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting clients through the loan application process.
  • Ability to handle objections, adapt to client needs, and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume call environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, finance, or related fields are a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team goals and share best practices.
