Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and maintenance of solar power systems
- Manage technical teams and field engineers
- Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
- Maintain quality standards in service delivery
- Coordinate project execution and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in solar installation or technical services
- Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and batteries
- Experience managing technical teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
