Talent (Lifestyle) Manager responsible for guiding and nurturing the careers of creative individuals in entertainment industry and influencers by serving as a strategic advisor, advocates, and overseeing all aspects of their clients' careers, from securing brand deals, negotiating contracts, building brand image and maximizing earning potentials.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive career strategies for talent, aligning with their individual goals and aspirations.
- Identify and pursue suitable projects and opportunities through active networking and industry relationships.
- Prepare clients for auditions, interviews, and public appearances by providing coaching and guidance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, agents, and other industry professionals, ensuring favorable terms.
- Manage client schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with talents, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Advocate for talents' interests and protect their well-being throughout their career journey.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager for a minimum of 4 years.
- Strong network within the entertainment, media, and branding industries.
- Experience in contract negotiation, brand partnerships, and business development.
- Managing public relations, crisis management, and media engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment
- Must live in Lagos (Island preferably)
