Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and site assessments
- Prepare valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Carry out market research and analyse property trends
- Provide estate management and property advisory services
- Assist in property acquisition, leasing, and sales processes
- Maintain accurate property and valuation records
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and professional standards
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and property stakeholders
- Monitor property conditions and recommend maintenance improvements
- Support negotiations on property transactions and tenancy agreements
- Prepare reports and presentations for management or clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / HND in Estate Management, Estate Surveying & Valuation, or related field
- Proven experience in estate surveying, valuation, or property management
- Strong knowledge of property valuation principles and real estate market trends
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management tools
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
