Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in understanding available study abroad options and help match them with suitable programs and institutions.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, visa processes, and program structures.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via email, phone, or direct meetings (online or in person).
- Support the end-to-end application process, including document review and submission.
- Maintain organized student records and ensure up-to-date documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students to track progress and encourage timely actions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in training and orientation sessions to improve knowledge of educational programs and counseling best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any relevant field (Social Sciences, Education, Communication, etc.).
- Smart, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen interest in helping others.
- Eagerness to learn about the global education system and international student services.
