Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in targeted locations.
- Approach potential students and clients to introduce available programs and services.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing and engage with people in public places (e.g., schools, malls, offices, and events).
- Educate potential students about available courses and their benefits.
- Assist interested individuals with the admission process and registration.
- Follow up with prospective students via calls, messages, or emails.
- Act as a brand ambassador, positively representing the organization and its programs.
- Attend community events, trade fairs, and educational expos to promote available opportunities.
- Provide feedback on public reception and engagement to improve marketing strategies.
- Gather contact information from interested individuals.
- Maintain records of interactions and recruitment progress.
- Provide weekly reports on the number of students recruited and areas covered.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure online and offline marketing efforts align.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or higher qualification (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or student recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage with different types of people confidently.
- Basic knowledge of the courses and services being promoted.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets.
- Must be physically active and comfortable working outdoors.
- Willingness to travel within designated areas (Abuja or Lagos).
- Basic reporting and data entry skills.
- A smartphone for communication and follow-ups is an advantage.
