This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring fuel sales, and ensuring that all operational standards and company policies are adhered to

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Station Manager, the Station Supervisor would be responsible for the smooth Operation of the Filling Station.
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the stations.
- Responsible for effective Customer Service and Relationship Management.
- Manages the Logistic Officers.
- Ensures an effective storage system as well as Managing Minimum and Maximum Stock levels.
- Ensure the station is profitably run.
- Manages the Pump Attendants for effective Service Delivery.
- Prepare and Send Daily Reports.
- Carry out Price and Competition Survey as well as Product Analysis.
- Interface and Liaise with regulatory bodies. Such as: NMDPRA, Pedan, e.t.c
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and HND in Business Administration or a similar course of study from a Reputable University.
- 1-2 Years Relevant Cognate Experience as a Filling Station Supervisor.
- Must be Passionate, Hardworking, Honest, and Result Oriented.
