Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy real software features.
- Collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams.
- Work on client projects and TSM internal products.
- Actively debug, research, and problem-solve without hand-holding.
- Follow clean architecture, documentation, and coding best practices.
- Deliver tasks on time with high-quality execution.
Requirements:
- You must be highly creative, not a surface-level tutorial coder.
- You must have at least 2–3 real projects you personally worked on (GitHub, GitLab, Portfolio link).
- You must be hungry, with the mindset to work hard and smart.
- You must be ready to solve problems without excuses, even when resources are limited.
- You must be obsessed with growth, quality, and delivering on time.
- You must be willing to contribute to planet-scale products, not local-mindset work.
