Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication and campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and other teams to produce content aligned with branding guidelines.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Foster community growth by engaging with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to optimize ROI.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Experiment with new features and platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, or third-party tools like HootSuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and advertising platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills: Canva, Figma, CapCut, Grammarly, Buffer, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
