Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing creative and effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility, drive user engagement, and grow our audience.
- Creating engaging and shareable content, including eye-catching graphics, videos, and compelling copy, that aligns with our channel's vision and resonates with our target audience. This includes expertise in using CapCut and other video editing tools, as well as Canva for graphics.
- Leveraging the latest short-form video trends on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to attract new audiences and enhance user engagement.
- Engaging with our audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build a strong and active community around our channel.
- Utilizing data-driven insights and analytics to optimize content performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize our channel's reach and subscriber base.
- Initiating and managing collaborations with relevant influencers, content creators, and partners to expand our channel's exposure and reach new audience.
- Collaborating with all teams, including the agents, management, marketing, short stay, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
- Overseeing social media accounts' design, including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout, to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.
- Suggesting and implementing new features, promotions, and competitions to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet ranking for web content.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application across various outreach channels.
- Skills in branding, graphic design, social media promotion, and Google ads.
- Ability to successfully run advertisements on all social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience in content management, including video editing using CapCut, graphic design using Canva and other content creating tools and applications.
- Time-Management in having a content creation calendar is a must and posting in a timely manner. Being able to execute on tight schedules.
- Ability to deliver creative content in various formats (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with online marketing channels and trends in social media and short-form video platforms.
- Knowledge of web design principles to ensure visually appealing social media content and defining target audiences and creating unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage customer reviews in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills to handle our social media presence effectively.
