Social Media Manager / Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for property listings, virtual tours, testimonials, and promotional materials.
  
• Develop and manage social media content calendars across all platforms.
  
• Write engaging captions, optimize posts for visibility, and use relevant hashtags and tags.
  
• Monitor analytics to track engagement, growth, and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and real estate marketing best practices.
  
• Collaborate with agents and leadership to align content with business objectives and brand voice.
  
• Manage digital assets and maintain an organized media archive.
  
• Assist with basic graphic design tasks and marketing collateral as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred.
  
• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media management.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar tools.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and social media work.
  
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and time-management skills.
  
• Understanding real estate marketing, property staging, and buyer psychology is a plus.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for shoots as needed.
