Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals, creating high-quality, engaging content across various formats (graphics, videos, blogs, social media posts).
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce visually appealing content.
  • Social Media & Community Management*: Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
  • Develop content calendars, monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach.
  • Develop pre-event buzz, live coverage, and post-event content to maximize audience engagement.
  • Assist in event promotions through storytelling and interactive campaigns.
  • Build relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and loyal customers.
  • Develop community-driven initiatives, monitor online reviews, and provide insights to improve brand positioning.
  • Engage with the community across social media platforms, respond to questions and concerns, and foster conversations.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for the community, and develop strategies to grow and retain the community.
  • Manage crises or negative situations within the community, providing clear and calm communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align community efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor public opinion and media trends related to the brand, track and report on the effectiveness of PR efforts, and compile data on media hits and social engagement.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
