Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
  • Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and platform insights to inform content strategy and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle).
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving engagement.
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to produce visually compelling content.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and copy-editing skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Meta Suite, or Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, content performance metrics, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for storytelling and community building, with a collaborative mindset.
