Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor SEO, user engagement, and web traffic metrics.
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, tools, and trends.
- Use social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies as needed.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to produce visually appealing content.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprinklr).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
Working Condition: Flexible hours depending on campaign schedules and content timelines.
