Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality content (written, visual, and video) for social media, blogs, and websites
• Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and social media strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximum impact
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media management

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate (female preferred) must have extensive and professional knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
• A degree or academic qualification is not a requirement; it would not even be considered
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Flawless command of the English language in both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Filmora
• Advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter's algorithms, and professional tools.
• Be camera-friendly, occasionally appearing on our YouTube channel.

Note: There would be no remote working option for this position. You would be required to attend the office five days a week without exception.
