Job summary
We are seeking a creative and highly organised social media manager & content creator to manage and grow the church’s digital presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the church’s social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp channel.
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly content. Maintain consistent posting and engagement
- Creating, editing, and publishing engaging content.
- Ensuring consistent communication of the church’s message and activities online.
- Edit videos from church services, events, and programs.
- Produce short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Repurpose long videos into multiple content formats
- Ensure timely posting of services, announcements, and events.
- Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
- Develop content aligned with church programs and messages
- Create engaging posts, flyers, and visual content using Canva.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
- Strong proficiency in Canva & Video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Good understanding of: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & WhatsApp channels
- Ability to create reels and short-form content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be available to attend weekly virtual team meetings
Work Structure:
- Fully remote
- Full-time role
