Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X ).
• Create and launch our official TikTok account, and develop viral and engaging short-form video content.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and booking inquiries with a response time of under 10 minutes.
• Visit our shortlet apartments periodically to capture high-quality photo and video content.
• Handle guest bookings, confirmations, and basic customer service via social media and messaging apps.
• Grow, engage, and manage our online communities to foster loyalty and increase visibility.
• Monitor analytics and generate monthly performance reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with the in-house team to execute seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, hospitality best practices, and customer behavior.
• Manage basic influencer outreach and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Develop and implement content calendars with creative visuals, captions, and scheduling tools.

Requirements:

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience managing social media for a brand (portfolio or samples required).
• Fast, reliable, and highly responsive online.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to take direction while also bringing creativity and initiative.
• Hospitality or real estate experience is an added advantage.
• Lives in Lagos (preferred) for content capture flexibility.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
